Welsh Dragon Costume

Made during my A-Level art. 

I was looking at each of the countries in Britain; and I linked each country to an element. Wales was Fire.

My ambition was to have a costume for each country's element. However, the final result was only The Welsh Dragon for fire, and the Waters of Scotland costume. 

​

I made the wings out of modroc and cardboard, using a glue gun to create little scale shapes, then I painted the whole thing. I attached the wings to a wide belt with velcro.
