Merida Cosplay

For Halloween 2022, I made this Merida Cosplay for myself, from Disney Pixar's 'Brave'.

This costume is made from 2 cotton bed sheets that I dyed blue myself.

 This body of the dress is constructed without darts to attempt to be as close to the style in the film as possible.

The sleeves are 1 piece, by faking white gathered sections at the armpit and elbow; and I continued the illusion of a chemise underneath up to the neckline and down to the wrists. 

Finished with a side zip closure.
